A fantastic book, particularly for leaders of organizations during these disrupted and challenging times. Empowering full teams to rise to their highest potential and elevate one another is a critical tactic that can help determine which companies will survive or fail in the new work order. I found the book easy to read, packed with sensible and sharp advice, and applicable to my business. Highly recommend!
Keith Ferrazzi is one of the best storytellers in business--with Leading Without Authority, he provides actionable advice any person can use to be more fulfilled at work, strengthen their professional relationships and improve their organization, all backed by engaging, real-world examples from Keith's legendary coaching career. This is a fast, fantastic read that anybody can get value from.
Few pages in, and already picked up several insights. Specific examples that were helpful so far are the a) power of a co-elevation mindset (e.g., everyone on the team owning the team’s success) and b) the practice of candor (e.g., how we can tell the truth about what we need to hear to be more effective as a team)
Amazing read for all inspired and aspiring leaders. A research and real world driven blueprint of high return best practices to unleash potential in your teams and yourself. Keith once again choose to care by empowering us to create high impact teams, grounded in trust, transparency, and compassion.
This book is simply brilliant. Keith highlights the unspoken rule of business, which is that leadership is not born from a title. Any leader and/or business who wishes to be successful most definitely needs to read this book. Highly recommend it!!!
Keith Ferrazzi shatters the status quo on the old definitions of leadership! Co elevation is the answer to the broken system vertical leadership I look forward to continuing to lear from this masterpiece.
