I lost access to my bigger light therapy box since I've been working from home for the past year and left it in the office, so I decided to get a cheaper, smaller one for home. It's much smaller than I thought it would be but don't let its size fool you, it's very bright! The USB cable to plug it in could be a little longer but otherwise it suits my needs perfectly. Seasonal affective disorder is the worst: Glad Spring is finally here!!

I thought it would be hard, but follow the instructions, and they will put you at ease! I've used it 3 days in a row now, and I actually think it had a positive effect on me! Also, it is so easy to assemble, and then putting it away is just like putting a book away! Nice, sleek and light weight! Comes ready to use! And no, it's not too hard on the eyes. It instructs to sit as close as 6 inches from it, and it's most effective if you can take it right into your eyes... Again, not as uncomfortable as it sounds!
