To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I bought two sets one for my son and another for his niece ! We opened it and we just didn’t get why it gets high reviews! The illustrations and shapes are so weird , not something that I would love my little one to look at ! We returned both cause we didn’t wanna risk their little minds
Our baby daughter loves this books. The bright colors, the rhymes, the size, everything! We bought other books to touch, lift the flap, etc, and they ended up being toys, not books. She likes the sound of Dr. Seuss's rhymes, pays attention to the entire story and she never gets tired of any of them. They are sturdy and will last longer than her other books. Excellent books for a great price and durable.
These are small books, so you get a shortened version of what’s in the regular sized books. My child has autism and doesn’t really like to read yet, so these are ok to help them get started as the story isn’t very long. If you want the full version, these aren’t the ones for you.
My toddler loves these books. This only loses one star because holy heck, if I have to read about schlopp schlopp beautiful schlopp, beautiful schlopp with a cherry on top one more time I’m going to find the guff, strangle him with the long tail of a zong before banishing him to na nupp
I honestly thought it would be slightly bigger, but doesn't matter, this is the cutest compact set. You cannot go wrong with these books. Nice thickness for the child to turn... stimulating images and entertaining stories! Would order again, great price!
How did I miss the fact that they’re so TINY before I ordered! It’s now too late to find another present for my niece so I’m stuck with it. How can we expect children to read if they can’t even see the book?!
Our baby loves books and these are perfect travel size. They are study cardboard books. The story are shorter, but that is what I wanted as younger kids have shorter attention spans. Price is great as $15 for 4 books. I saw them on sale elsewhere for $5 per book.
The illustrations are alright but the stories are very odd. It wasn't truly a story either, just a bunch of words rhyming and somewhat strung together. Definitely not something I want my kid being exposed to.
Considerably smaller than expected, no where near a full size book as was led to believe from the description. The books themselves are great quality and the box is cute, but it really should be advertised as mini-books, regardless of whether or not they are for children. Most children's books are full size, not as good of a deal as it looks.
