I started taking these three weeks ago. I started with one capsule a day and then a week ago went up to the recommended two capsules per day.

I was hoping they would help with joint pain in my shoulders and hips. I also have some arthritis in my back as well as muscle issues. My shoulders are still quite sore, but my hips are better, and I noticed my back is feeling really fantastic! Full disclosure: I am also taking a prescription medication for my back, which has helped a lot, but not enough. These hemp oil capsules seem to have made the difference! If the effect is cumulative, over time I hope I can cut back on the prescription medication. Yesterday by the end of work, I was noting how good I felt… Usually I can hardly move by the end of the day!

I read reviews that this helps with brain fog… I can’t say that it’s helped in that regard. That was a secondary reason for trying these capsules and maybe over time I will see in improvement – I will update.

It’s also helpful for getting the Omegas. Again, that’s not really why I bought these, but I know they would be helpful – in the past I’ve tried flaxseed oil… I haven’t used Salmon oil recently because I’m a vegetarian. I had tried salmon oil before I was vegetarian, but both salmon and flaxseed oil “come back on me“ and I couldn’t stand burping those up (I hate fish). There is no aftertaste with the hemp oil.

I have not found that these make me sleepy. At first I was taking the one at dinnertime, and when I started taking two, I added the second onei n the morning. I have not found that they made me drowsy, but I have also noticed they *do not* give me the energy that other reviews have reported, either.

Having said that, being in pain is very exhausting. As the pain is alleviated, hopefully that will bring more energy as a result. As I mentioned above, I noticed I felt really good after work yesterday where is usually I’m zonked.

If I've been very physically active, I noticed I start to get achey about six hours after having taken a capsule.

A pleasant and unexpected benefit was that since taking these, I have not had leg-muscle cramps at night, which could be excruciating.

This Hemp oil really picked up my mood. I wouldn’t consider myself to have been depressed, just blah and life felt mediocre. But after about two to three weeks of taking these pills diligently morning and evening, I suddenly felt a noticeable lift in my mood. It felt like a light had gone off in my head and body. I had more energy than I’d had before, almost as though a force was lifting me off my chair, and making me get things done. I was so enjoying the mood altering affects of this miracle pill until, much to my disappointment I began experiencing gastro problems day and night, forcing me to discontinue taking the pills. I’ve been off them for a couple of weeks now and I can feel the old feeling of blah coming back. So these pills really worked for me. I’m now on the hunt for an alternative method of ingesting hemp oil perhaps in the form of drops. Anyway these pills are a great deal for the money if you’re lucky enough to not have any gastro side effects.

**UPDATE: My search for an alternate source of something similar to these Manitoba hemp oil soft gels in tincture form proved fruitless. So I thought I’d make my own tincture of these hemp oil soft gels. I pierce a soft gel, squeeze the hemp oil under my tongue, keeping the oil there for 1 -1/2 minutes, then swallow the rest. I also wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything. I have been getting the same wonderful mood and energy boosting results as swallowing the soft gels but with no gastric upset at all. Also taking the hemp oil once a day is enough for me, making the 60 count bottle last even longer than taking the pills twice daily.

It seems clear from the reviews of (placebo) effects, that people are misguided in thinking these have the properties of cbd products. These are NOT cbd capsules. It’s pretty much the same stuff you can use to cook with.

Fantastic that you feel better, but seems you can save a little money with a new found realisation.

Worked to clear up a really dry scalp

Having a dry scalp, not just dandruff but really dry skin, my naturopath suggested regularly taking some flax seed oil. When I asked about substituting with Hemp oil he suggested that would be a good idea. I already eat flax seeds as well as add cold milled seeds to breakfast and smoothies, plus hemp has health benefits that flax does not, so why OD on flax? I’m now about half way through the second bottle and my scalp is looking, and feeling, a lot better. I’m sure that it’s not all because of the hemp oil but I will attribute a significant portion of the progress to hemp as I had tried all manner of shampoos and conditioners for years with no results I was happy with.

The gel caps are large but they are fairly easy for me to swallow. I’ve hot experienced anything negative so am happy to have found something natural that has helped not just my scalp but overall my skin is less dry and feels better.

I also found that it's worked well as an anti inflammatory and has helped reduce those pains associated with age and other chronic issues.

I look to this product after a conversion with friends on the real CBD from weed, I tape CBD on amazon and try this, to relax me, help me sleep,eliminate stress and feel better and wow...

Used these in addition to CBD oil. Arrived in a good state, no flavor, I could swallow easily. I liked that these were 1000 mg each, but the hemp oil doesn't seem to do anything for pain, anxiety, etc., despite the large mg size. Nothing wrong with them, just didn't work for me. They may have worked with the small amount of CBD oil I take to lower my blood pressure, but finished bottle with no other obvious benefit to me. The high dosage, and quality of the product is worth a try to see if it works better for you, though. Nothing about the product was wrong, or low quality, so try for yourself, it may have more of an impact for you.
