1. Overall it's a good product with great sound quality.
2. The noise-cancellation feature is also great for the price. however, the product I got seems to have been tampered with and was faulty so I will have to return it.
3. The type c charging cord doesn't fit into the microphone charging port and also the receiver charging port meaning I can't charge either it if it runs out. please look into this.
4. The receiver doesn't work with my iPhone 7 but worked with my 11 and iPhone 12 pro. I'm guessing it's because it's an older model
5. Couldn't find the app in the manual guide on the apple store as well.
I wasn't as pleased with my order overall because it sort of ruined my filming plans. hopefully, I get a new one asap.
