This is a high performance HDMI Matrix with four HDMI inputs and four outputs. It allows any source (e.g., Blu-ray disc player, HD DVD player, satellite receiver, gaming console, etc.) to be shown on either or both of two output displays at the same time. It supports 4K, 3D, and 16-bits/channel Deep Color. With its 3Gbps bandwidth and the additional features of the latest HDMI standards, you can be sure of great HDMI distribution.

Also didn't fix my latency issue.
I rarely change star ratings but it's actually a surprisingly good piece of equipment. You can get around the above issue by using an IR extender, and a little ingenuity. (The duplicating IR codes aren't really avoidable, and I bought a different 4x4 HDMI switcher and they shared the same codes so the remotes would still interfere with each other, but now in unexpected ways). In the end, I decided to keep the 2 Monoprice ones. On the plus side, I now have 2 remotes.
Other than that, it's a really HDMI matrix! I would buy again.
I bought it in order to push audio to my AVR and video to a spare monitor. I'd love it if it could push 4k to my monitor and audio via HDMI to my AVR, but because my AVR cannot handle 4k signal, I have to down-sample video to 1080p if I want to use my 4k monitor and have sound through my stereo speakers.
I'm happy enough and will keep it.
