Make sure that it is suitable for the location where you need to install your bicycle. Select the corresponding hole and the two holes to pass the nylon cable tie. |
After installation, adjust the height of the front and rear, and tighten the nylon cable tie. |

I have a Manitou front suspension fork and it has a reversed cross bar(back side), so the mounting location did not fit and will not sit properly. As for the rear suspension, my bike did not have a cross bar to mount it. Probably my fault for not checking it in detail before buying. No use for me now as its past the return time frame. Does not fit any of our other bikes with v-pull brakes.
