Sold as a book this item is more of a booklet/ mag in its size. It’s been fleshed out by big bold text, however this makes for easy reading. I would say it’s a great intro into this subject at a reasonable price when you see the price of other publications on this subject. Overall I would say the content is worth the purchase price.
