The leave the soles of your feet quite sticky but I am happy with the result. Worth trying. Very prompt delivery. Day 7 my sleep is deep and I wake up more refreshed. Amazing! It makes me feel so good after and really energetic. I had an ankle pain and swelling and I decided to put one of the patches on even though they are meant for feet, literally 10 minutes the swelling went away. Not sure what is in these bags but i love i and highly recommend them. I think they can be put all over the body, as they contain a a tea-like mixture that really works good.
I have thrown many products away where the foot pad is too complicated to use but with this brand it is super easy. Very happy with this product and will definitely buy again but the package has so many in there that it will take me a while to get through all of them. 5 star!
