Myself and boyfriend have been using these for 4 straight night's. Both of us have had better sleeps. My feet don't ache as much. My boyfriend has diabetes and his toes aren't tingling much. He's even sleeping alot better at night.
On the packaging thing they do come in plastic wrap, instructions are on 1 side of the pad. Basically put the written side to the sticky pad.
I'm giving this a 3 star rating for now, will update after a few week's.
