Defective Machine Not Replaced Under Warranty

I had loved my machine until it started leaking all over my counter. Called Nespresso Canada and they told me it had a 1 year warranty and I could either pay $125 to repair it or they'd give me $100 off a new one. I told them the paper work that can INSIDE the box said I had a 2 year warranty. Sent photos of the documentation and everything. Long story short, was told that was a mistake and they wouldn't replace it...after being told by another agent they would honour the warranty and replace it. The customer service at Nespresso Canada is HORRENDOUS! They say they will call you back in "3-5 business days" and then no one ever does. They make it so you just give in and buy another one. If I didn't have $200 worth of capsules in my cupboard already, I would've probably switched to a different brand. And they screen their reviews online and don't post the negative reviews. Buy at your own risk. If it works, it's great. If you have an issue, you'll have to endure some of the worst customer experience in your life.
