You have to make SURE everything is aligned PERFECTLY to ensure nothing gets covered. Especially the bottom of the console, and the joycons. The left joycon stuck a bit if I pressed L1 on an angle, but fixed once I realigned it better.
The case for the joycons has a front and backplate. You have to put the back plate on first, then slide the front plate on until the two tiny squares align in the corners. Press all along the edges to make sure it’s all pressed down, if you don’t hear any cracks, it’s on.
The buttons are a little hard to press, ESPECIALLY the buttons to release the joycons from the Switch. The only reason I can press it is because I have small fingers & nails, otherwise I don’t think you could press it at all, but I could be wrong.
Overall, it’s the first form-fitting case I’ve ever bought for a portable console, and there’s no issue big enough for me to feel I need to return it.
I will be switching from using a skin to a flat-out pink shell, so if there’s any noticeable changes, I’ll add it.
