I have an allergy, can I consume your products? In addition to Milk, Egg, Soy and Wheat Allergens that are produced at our facility, we also handle products that contain both Tree Nuts and Peanuts. Baobab Face MaskIngredients: 1.5 tsp FGO Organic Baobab Powder; 1.5 tsp FGO Organic Turmeric Powder; 1 Tbsp oats; 2 tsp coconut oil; 2 Tbsp organic yogurt; 1-2 tsp Manuka honey Instructions Place the ingredients in a bowl (or a blender) and mix well. Apply a thin layer of the mask evenly all over your face, being careful to avoid the eye area. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes, then wash off using warm water. Sweet Baobab Cashew MilkIngredients: 1 tsp honey; 2 Tbsp FGO Organic Baobab Powder; 1 cup of cashew milk Instructions Stir ingredients together in large glass. Sip, enjoy and feel good! |
Baobab Cinnamon PancakesIngredients: 1 tsp FGO Organic Baobab Powder; 1.5 Tbsp FGO Organic Arrowroot Powder; 1 tsp FGO Organic Ceylon Cinnamon; 1 scoop your favorite protein powder; 1 banana; 2 eggs; 1-2 cup almond milk (depending on desired consistency) ; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ginger; 1/2 tsp baking powder Instructions In a bowl, whisk eggs, banana, baobab, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger and baking powder til light and airy. Gradually whisk in arrowroot and protein powder. Add milk as needed to maintain desired consistency. Heat pan to low and grease with a thin layer of butter. Pour circles of the pancake batter onto pan and leave to cook until you start to see bubbles, then flip. Cook for 1-2 min then set aside. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Top with peanut butter, chopped banana and a drizzle of maple syrup. |

For those new to baobab, it has a sweet, citrussy taste. I typically add to smoothies or yogurt, and sometimes enjoy on it’s own with hot water and lemon. There are a ton of great recipes online I recommend checking out – it’s surprisingly versatile in the type of dishes it works great in.
Overall very happy, I found my new Baobab supplier :)
