Honestly, I hadn't heard of this oil before the day I bought it, but the packaging is nice, and the oil smells fine. The only complaint I have is the pump. While I appreciate it as an option, the mechanism, whether it is the spring, doesn't work great. The pump isn't smooth, so it will spritz at you, cause more mess, and make you use more than you need. So I use the regular cap for it.

It came with good packaging. In adding to a normal cap, it came with a pump which is very handy and easy for me to apply the oil on my hair, and hands. The oil doesn't feel greasy nor sticky. It doesn't have any smell too. It is absorbed quickly into my skin and scalp. I left the oil on my hair and scalp overnight and washed away in the next morning. My hair feels so smooth, healthy and shiny. Amazing and the best oil, I've ever tried. I'll definitely buy again.

Good product, misleading description on the amount you receive.
The product itself is good. Just your standard Jaboba Oil.
Good quality, nice pump that it comes with.
Doesn't appear to have leaked in transportation (it was frozen by the time I got home, from sitting out in the cold - thats probably why it didnt leak).

The only issue I have is the description of the amount of product you receive is misleading.
The description says 500 ml (in the title and in the description section).
The pictures shown and in another description say you get 480ml.
But when the product arrived, you actually only get 473 ml (as shown in the pictures attached to this review).
So definitely misleading.

Amazon should be adjusting their description and title otherwise they should be refunding people for not getting the item they ordered.
If it says 500ml, send me 500ml, not 473ml
...very misleading and disappointing on that part.

This oil is stunning absorbs beautifully into the skin. I use it as a cleanser then add it to my moisturiser afterwards.

My children have severe allergies & a-topic eczema requiring epipens and lots of emollients plus steroids so I was thrilled when this worked so well for them by using it as a soup substitute and moisturiser.

I originally ordered the smaller version and then ordered the 500ml with the pump, which is very handy. The only negative is when I placed the pump into the 500ml bottle it was too full with pile that it over flowed slightly. I poured some into the other smaller bottle I had purchased previously and it’s now working well.

I will always purchase this oil. Highly recommended .

Certified Organic Jojoba Oil is a really multipurpose product and a great one at that, I'm really impressed with it and I've used a lot of beauty/ massaging oils.
I've been using the Certified Organic Jojoba Oil: after a bath and applying to wet skin, massaging a tiny amount into my scalp after I've washed it, applying a small amount to the ends of my hair when it's wet, as a face moisturiser and as a hand and nail oil. As a body moisturiser it sinks in beautifully and lasts, keeping your skin lovely and soft. It's been a brilliant nail oil, in the morning my nail beds look plump and well moisturised. I'm not sure whether massaging the Certified Organic Jojoba Oil into my scalp is doing the trick yet (I've developed dandruff due to a dry scalp) as I haven't been able to use it often enough but the short term signs look good.
I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS OIL, IT'S A FABULOUS BUY!

So disappointed. Been buying this in small quantity which was amazing and helping my skin sp decided to buy in larger bottle to save some money. However the smaller one I had been using came in glass bottle whereas this larger one was in plastic, it smells horrendous and has tinted all the oil so it doesnt feel fresh and I worry about what it's doing to my skin! Very disappointed! If knew was plastic bottle i wouldnt have bought it, annoyed wasted so much money.
