I also like this book because it doesn't have any diversity issues. I remember Pat the Bunny from when I was a child, but forgot how eurocentric the images of children are. In Pat the Zoo, there are only animal images.

He loves to touch all the things and loves it! Not as much as Pat the Bunny though. This is a great book, but I wish they added a "peek a boo" page and a "scent" page just like in the original Pat the Bunny.
Also, the poor feathers on the feather page have already started to disintegrate. My baby's fault though... he can't resist pulling on those feathers.
