I recently purchased this oil to compare with a popular rosemary/peppermint hair oil I have been successfully using for hair loss at the recommendation of a board certified dermatologist and I am overall quite impressed. I like the scent. Although I have seen other reviewers say it is “heavy,” I like the consistency - it is considerably lighter than the other oil I have been using. I have curly textured hair that is fine, high porosity, low to medium density. I apply it directly to my scalp, massage it and rake it through my hair with my fingers. It is not necessary to apply a lot of the oil.
