You people do realize this is snake oil right those pads turn black from moisture this has already been proven if you want to live a healthy life then eat good food and get some exercise
My feet feel like I’ve had a session of reflexology after I’ve worn them overnight. They take the soreness out of my feet and feet are much more flexible by morning. Can’t believe what the pads look like in the morning! You have to see it to believe it.
I used to get Kinoki foot pads many many years ago but they're far too expensive now, so I tried this brand. I'm so happy I took the chance! The other pads would stink really grossly after used (in the morning when you take them off) but they seemed to work. These Foot and Feet ones have a smell but it's not gross. I don't know what the smell is but I'm guessing it's the bamboo charcoal. I have no issue with the pads sticking to my feet (like some other reviews said).
I have had swollen inner ankles for years now and nothing helps. I also have plantar facsiitis in both feet and am in so much pain every single morning, with every step I take. I've been wearing these for only 3 nights so far and have noticed improvement. The swelling in both my inner ankles was almost gone this morning!!!! I was shocked! I can see and feel my ankle bones!!! Some of the swelling came back in the day but this is the first time the swelling was absent for any amount of time! I also had no problem getting out of bed and walking this morning. I still had some soreness in my heels but to be able to walk normally only after 3 nights of wearing these pads... this is a miracle to me, which is why I'm writing this review. I'm still in shock! I hope with continued use my feet and ankles will just keep improving back to normal! It's worth a shot! I love the packaging, keeps everything fresh and clean and organized, and I will keep using them every night! I will come back to update in a few months. :) Fingers crossed!
