About the author

Peter Hill is a Partner in Mark Holt & Co Chartered Accountants and its sister business, Healium LLP. He has worked on projects in hundreds of businesses across the UK and Europe, and in every single one of them Price was a critical factor to their success (or failure), yet not one of them had read a book on the topic, attended a training course, or spent any time tackling the subject within their business.

The key with any book of this nature is to have the buy in of the senior management team. This is the hard part to get so many companies away from a cost plus mentality to a value formula.
This book can be used by anyone serious about improving net profit.

I've been in business for 4 years and struggled with pricing. But here's the cool bit. I contacted Peter Hill via email and the guy called me and gave me some amazing advice.
