About the Author
Chloe Giordano began to sew in the last year of her illustration degree at the University of the West of England, and since graduating in 2011 she has continued to experiment with freehand embroidery, using sewing thread and hand dyed fabrics to make her work. Originally from Buckinghamshire, she now lives and work in York. Clients include Penguin, Vintage Books, Bloomsbury, Liberty, and the BFI. Read To Your Baby Every Day is her first book.
Australian-born Rachel Williams studied creative writing before becoming an editor and publisher of children's books. She is the author of many books for children, including Atlas of Animal Adventures and Illuminature. She lives and works in London.

There were a few he didn’t know and most I did I wish there were more classics like Peter piper etc
But there are some good ones I am not sure I might return it
We like the pictures though as it looks like it’s textured
with any of these popular classics and appreciates the book very much.

It is suggested in the book that you present these gems daily to your little one. I suggest that you read the nursery rhymes aloud with animation and joy. Talk about the pictures or anything else connected to the book, be bouncy and noisy with clapping so that baby will connect the words printed in front of him/her to rhythm and fun.
When kids are a bit old older have them finish the rhymes and perhaps find letters in words that start with their name or yours. Read aloud every day, mothers and fathers, because you love your language and your child. You want to pass that love of learning on to them enabling them to become happy, lifelong readers. I highly recommend this book.

The book is colourfully illustrated and the text is clear.
I have touched the pages a couple of times wondering if it was textured or not, but all the pages are printed.
The small tear aside, item as expected/described.
