I upgraded my internet which meant I had to get a new modem. When starting the process of changing this camera over it stopped working (Feb 11th 2021) this camera was purchased in September. When contacting Arenti through email, fb messenger. Email I received was automated and that was it. I had more luck with messenger. They asked me to troubleshoot and screen record it, I did and sent it. I have tried to reset and reconnect this thing easily 100 times. After this I asked for my warranty to be used for a replacement, they asked me to contact their Amazon store. So I contact Amazon and they informed me that my 30 day return window has expired. So I go back to Arenti and they now want to troubleshoot some more this is going on three weeks now with a product that is useless and cant even be used as a paper weight. I have told them I was changing my review on here, as I am feed up with this now. Its funny that they will use my footage as a advertisement on their website and still not stand behind their products. BUYERS BEWARE if you have problems with connecting to wifi and have to contact them get ready for a run around and a 3 week conversation that was totally useless. I will be taking my business to Blink or some other brand that will actually stand behind the products they manufacture. I have changed my rating from 5 to 1 star but I would rather give this guys a negative rating as CS was the worst I have ever dealt with in my life absolutely ridiculous!
