Bought this in November, used it twice, once at Christmas and today. It wouldn't shut off after 10 minutes of use. Then it completely shut off with 92% of battery life still showing. It won't charge at all now. Complete garbage, can't return for a refund because the cut off was January 31st and it now shows on Amazon that it is currently unavailable and don't know when or if it will be back. No wonder,
it's a Terrible product, not worth the money at all. Save your money and buy a better brand. Completely and utterly unsatisfied with this product. Waist of money that I can't get back.

I am legitimately impressed with the noise level, battery life, effortless cutting, and ease of cleaning. I purchased a kiddie hair cutter 2 years ago thinking it was a better idea as it was quiet, my infant child would appreciate it more. But the quality of that cutter is questionable. I gave this cutter another shot a few months ago and it certainly did not disappoint. The cut is effortless, I used it 4 times with one charge and it's still holding 70% charge. Cleaning is easy wash and oil. Noise level is similar to the kiddie one that I had. For cuts that are less than 3 mil, just need to adjust the unit itself no need for the guide., Very intuitive. For that price , I definitely would recommend to anyone!
