The purpose of this book – ‘a journal for those who want to do the work, for those who want to solve complex problems, ask the right questions, collect the right data, conduct right analyses, communicate the right findings, influence colleges to act, and know what needs to be done at each stage of the study to produce a truly unique solution that solves the original problem.’
Kris’s writing style is straightforward, actionable advice that leads to developing strategies for resolving problems confronting businesses, presented in a format akin to her online consulting technique for problem solving. The book is a fine resource for both beginning business and advanced CEOs. Grady Harp, June 22
What the strategy journal allows readers and users to do is to adapt the methods and process to their own type of work, whether in consulting or an industry position. Furthermore being able to flip back and forth between the guided example and templates/tools will be truly valuable moving forwards.

Change the way you manage your company even if you are not a management consultant.

The templates and the prompts have acted as a steer during these times and immensely helped me iron out flaws.
