Pretty good unit but pretty poor service.................

Did my research and this looked like the best unit for the money, as well it has the right pressure I needed. Received the unit quickly, but when I wanted to start working with it, the adaptor from the unit to the garden hose leaked badly.Got in touch with support and sent them a picture. They said the adapter must be faulty and they will send a new one ASAP. In the meantime, being unable to use the unit, I also went to a local hardware store to see if they could solve the issue. A quick glance at the picture and for $4.49 they solved the issue by adding a garden hose washer to tighten up the connection!Started using the unit but it quickly became obvious that something was wrong as the detergent tanks were filling up with water rather than dispensing. Also, the unit kept pulsating. Contacted support again and showed the problem. They advised me there must be a defect so to send the unit back, and they would send a new one. I insisted that they send the new one first as I had already missed two weekends of cleaning around the house. The new unit arrived quickly and is now working fine.As an aside, the new adapter that was to be sent ASAP after my initial support call took almost THREE WEEKS to arrive.So, now that it is working it seems fine, but not very happy with what it took to get here.

I'm considering whoring this thing out just so I can use it more. There's no longer any paint on my house, the layers of dirt from when dinosaurs walked the earth has been removed from every crack of concrete and the stubborn moss that engulfed my front steps has been screaming "no more daddy!" for days now.
I'm a ruthless power washing machine now. It has become a part of me. I dream about it every night. Now I'm just figuring a way to power clean my putrid, filthy soul.
