Without the series on Netflix I wouldn't have found this book, for that I'm grateful.

Some good takeaways for someone who struggles to manage the above though, good information on breathing, exercising, meditating, drinking enough water (albeit tap water for me) and switching to organic where possible.

Almost approaching 50, and able to appreciate and be grateful for the life I have been privileged to have, this book has invigorated a new found sense of health in my life. Luckily I have a good metabolism, however there is always room for improvement, and with the never ending pandemic lockdowns - it's been a fantastic read and motivator to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle. Thank you Darin! I will be raving about you and this book to all who matter to me. Hugs of gratitude, keep sharing the life forces we can all do with!
I'd recommend to everyone who would rather a longer and happier life style!


Darien change my life my way to buy food to read labels and what s inside every single. Thing u buy my way to eat to drink my way to cook and my habits after years of suffers with my stomach I finally find my Balance thanx to this man and his book.
