I did my research on DIM. I had a hysterectomy in 2016 and I’m estrogen dominant, with a history of estrogen receptor BC in the family. I cannot go on HRT. My acne (I’m now 45) went insane in addition to all the menopausal delights that come with the territory. My sleep, mood, flashing, and weight swings were out of control. I decided to give this a try. After 4 days I can see a difference and I hope my symptoms continue to improve. The biggest most obvious sign was my face. I just started to calm down. Then last night, I slept without taking any sleeping aids.

***One important mention… when your body “dumps” extra estrogen you can see it in your urine.
It will appear pinkish or peachy - not that deep yellow from concentrated urine. Mine turned pinkish after 1 day on this. That’s how overloaded with estrogen I am. (And yes drink plenty of water)
