Well this was a really fun read. While this genre is nothing new by now, the premise of the story and the way it was written was really great. The MC was great and the supporting characters were well written as well, even though most of the focus is on the MC itself. This seems like a huge universe with a lot of stuff going on but the story did a good job of keeping things focused initially on a small village and surroundings. This leaves quite a bit of room to expand on. I can’t wait for the next book!

I like the characters for the most part. The good guys are a bit too good other than the protagonist who actually manages to pull off the "Enlightened Self Interest" approach pretty well.
I do think it's a solid read and would recommend if this genre is one you already favor.
It is not an introductory to LitRPG though as it does treat the reader as if they have some know how about these things.

The world mechanism is interesting! The mc is overpowered but he is still interesting to follow throughout the story. I like his interaction with the hirn bunny, Silvi, and the two teenagers. Good story! I’ll read the next book. Thanks

All the usual ingredients are here: overpowered loner hero, enthusiastic orphan, evil nobles, pet, but they are mixed up to slyly subvert the genre in a fast paced adventure. It is reminiscent of Dungeon Crawler Carl, which is a high compliment. And, while there is Meditation, it is just a skill, no mana swirling, no cores, no pages of introspection, yay!
Recommended, give it a go.
