The first days I wore these I thought they were pretty sweet- lightweight and warm enough for my hands, anywhere above 0 Celsius. BUT I wore them outside during one of those 3 or 4 Celsius days where it was "wet snow" aka freezing rain- let me tell you, these are 100% NOT waterproof. I was squeezing puddles of water out of them after 3 hours (I had no where to go and change or dry off)- this was REALLY unpleasant.
Good enough for dry days or if you never touch any moisture outside.

I don't like the touch screen icon, nor am Ia fan of the white "Sport", but the gloves did keep my fingers from freezing, so there's that.I wore these in minus -15 degree Celsius weather, and they were fine for about 30 minutes, so I would not say they would be good for extreme weather, but they are fine for urban adventures.I did wear them in a slight rain, and they did fine, but I cannot say how they would fare in a downpour.Comfort wise, they are great. I have no issues at all. I have medium sized hands and they fit perfectly. They are very light.Overall, I would buy these again. If you are looking for something extreme, then these may not do the job.As for ruggedness only time can tell, but I did not find any flaws or stitching problems.No issues with touch screen.I recommend these for general use, winter walks etc.
