I love it! Most therapy lights are not attractive. It really looks like the glowing moon. I love how there are 4 levels of brightness and 3 different hues from a warm golden glow to a cooler bright white glow. I use all the settings depending on what I am doing. I didn't know there is a button on the lamp it's self that can turn it on and off and change the settings. Its not really a button. You just run your finger over this spot and it turns on! Nice! in case I loose my remote. I use it for light therapy and just as an attractive lamp. Our house is very dark so, I bring it into any room I am working in. I might need to buy another so I don't have to carry one around the house all the time.
