TOBLERONE Crispy Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bar

Prep time - 15 min. Total time - 25 min.

Ingredients: 225 g TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate, chopped. 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter. 2-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal. 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping. 8 fresh strawberries, chopped. 1/4 cup roasted almonds, coarsely chopped.

Preparation: Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl as directed on package. Stir in peanut butter. Add cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 min. Unmold dessert onto cutting board; discard plastic wrap. Cut dessert into 12 slices; arrange on platter. Garnish with Cool Whip, strawberries and nuts.

Makes 12 servings. 1/12 dessert (42 g) each.

No-Bake Peanut Butter-TOBLERONE Cheesecake

Prep time - 20 min. Total time - 3 hr 20 min.

Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups OREO Baking Crumbs. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 2 pkg. (250 g each) brick cream cheese, softened. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup sugar. 2 bars (100 g each) TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate, chopped, divided. 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided.

Preparation: Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate 10 min. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add half the chocolate; mix well. Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over crust. Refrigerate 3 hours. Microwave remaining Cool Whip and chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; cool slightly. Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.

Makes 12 servings. 1 piece (120 g) each.

Frozen TOBLERONE Mousse Squares

Prep time - 15 min. Total time - 6 hr 15 min.

Ingredients: 1 cup OREO Baking Crumbs. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 2 bars (100 g each) TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate, divided. 2 tubs (250 g each) soft cream cheese. 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.

Preparation: Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch square pan. Microwave 1-1/2 TOBLERONE bars on MEDIUM 1 min. or until melted. Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Blend in melted chocolate. Whisk in whipped topping. Spoon over crust; cover. Freeze 6 hours. Chop remaining 1/2 chocolate bar; sprinkle over dessert. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

Makes 16 servings. 1 square (77 g) each.
