My mother-in-law uses these while she sleeps. The first time she used them, they leaked. So, why the five star rating? First of all, they are great for heavy incontinence during the day, much better than Depends. They are also comfortable. Second, to make it through the night, order the Super Booster pads made by Tranquility that you can stick in the brief for added protection. We went from soaked beds (with overnight Depends) to completely dry sheets with Tranquility and the extra pads. If you are looking for a solution to a soaked bed every morning, you need to try this combination.

Tranquility over all the others, I've tried all the name brands plus a couple store brands and took a chance on these, love love love them tried them for first time last night woke up restful with dry sheets.. been a recovering stroke patient for almost three years now and these are the best in fact just ordered my next bag of them, they fit great and no problems getting up or down with only one hand/arm highly recommend even going to pass recommendation of these to my doctor for others like me to know about now know what to get my dad when his Ad gets to the point we need to put him in something don't disappoint yourself or loved one order these you'll be happy you did and so will they! Best real value in a pullup

Ok the price of these has seemed to skyrocket but they are I feel the best pullup on the market. I dont care what people think about the fact I need to wear one. It's way better to have one on then to try and hide my issue and end up looking like a three year old who's potty training. So if you are too concerned with your backside appearance these may not be for you. But if you are looking for a pullup that literally will hold an oh my god I gotta pee and were stuck on the freaking highway accident. Then these are for you. They hold up well last all day. My only complaint with them as with all others is the elastic band at the top will get stretched out by the end of your work day. I fixed this by putting a pair of my regular. Panties over top of it.

Compared to Depend Maximum Absorbency . . .

My wife has Alzheimer's and she's been using Depend Maximum Absorbency (L) for some time. Unfortunately, every morning the Depend soaked though onto the sheets, so I went shopping for something better. My research shows that the Tranquility Premium Overnight Underwear are highly regarded.

I've been using the Tranquility brand for weeks and now the sheets are dry! The Tranquility Premium Overnight (L) are better made, somewhat bulkier, but still look O.K. under her slacks. The pink odor-absorbing area inside the diaper does a welcome job toning down waste aroma. The one downside is that they cost half again as much as the Depend, but you get what you pay for.
