This product is the BEST on the market!! I used these on my momma and recommend them to all my healthcare clients. (And we experimented with many different products!) They can be stacked inside an adult pull-up for men or women. They stack because they do not have a protective barrier like a sanitary napkin therefore must have something outside as the protective barrier ie. pull-up or adult diaper. They work perfect with one for light protection or 2-3 pads for the heavy wetter or at night. A person can feel so confident that they will not have leakage or spillovers wearing these.

This booster absorbent pad is large, absorbs a lot of fluid, and has effectively reduced the number of night clothing and bed pads in need of washing on a regular basis. My spouse ( female ) is incontinent, and passes most of her urine through the night... so, we have only used them in overnight adult diapers. Positioning the pad to the rear is more effective , as she sleeps mostly on her back , and that is where most of the wetness occurs in her case. It affixes well enough to the diaper with an adhesive strip and we have not experienced any significant bunching of the pad. It might be less likely to do so if there were two strips along the edges rather than a single strip down the middle. If there were one improvement to be made, it would be to produce them wider at one end than the other, so as to have greater absorbency where you need it, depending on the individual circumstance, but that would also likely add to the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

These liners are perfect for placing inside of Tranquility pull up or wrap around adult diapers. For several hrs of protection I place 1 TopLiner onto the diaper inside, as shown in product photo. Then, I place another TopLiner sticky side onto the top of the first one. When away for 2-4 hrs from bathroom, I can carefully and slowly remove the 2nd TopLiner that has filled to max. The 1st TopLiner and pull up diaper are dry and can last 2-3 more hrs. Excellent setup for heavy overnight output also. Hope the method I described could be helpful to someone and help save money by reusing the dry pull-up.

I have zero urine control from late side effects of radiation therapy to pelvic floor from 27 years ago. So, I have research on many, many incont. supplies.

With my experience with Cheap Chux and the Tranquility pull-ups and liners for over two years now, I can write with 100% truth that the seller and brand of product, has never failed or fallen below 5 stars.

Soon I will be scheduled for my dbl ostomies of colostomy and ostomy for failed bladder. Looking forward to dry pelvic floor skin!

Stay away from depends, they are junk for your money. I can't emphasize enough to purchase this TopLiner from this seller, cheap chux.

I take care of my 88 year old mother who has Dementia. Every morning was becoming a very wet disaster. Everything was soaked. Her clothing, sheets and comforter. I knew that there had to be something out there to help. After some research, I found these liners.
I've been using these daily for several years. They have saved us so much money in laundry bills alone. Do you know what they charge to clean a comforter? Imagine getting several cleaned weekly.
Anyway, since purchasing my mother has had many a dry morning. These pads really do hold A LOT.
I've had doctors, nurses and aides comment on how beautiful her skin is. It's been told to me that many patients have rashes and/or sores due to wetness. I'm proud to tell them that is has a lot to do with using this product.
On a rare occasion we may have a leak. But, it's usually that the pad was placed incorrectly or mom has something going on like a UTI.
I have found that the proper placement helps aid with absorption. For a woman, place one end of the pad at approximately mid point of the crotch area, we use Depends Overnight's briefs everyday, and seal it going up the entire back of the pants. For a man, I would probably go in the opposite direction.
Thank you for supplying such a fabulous product that helps in keeping her skin healthy, dry and happy. And for recognizing the need for such pads and the money we've saved. I don't know where we'd be without them.

Drops to 3 star because of new adhesive

With the new adhesive you have to be very careful when peeling off the back tape or the entire pad will rip. This new glue is terrible. While very sticky, when a patient is attempting to add these pads now, 9/10 times they rip up the back destroying the adhesiveness and the pad. The new pads are also thinner - more like pantyliners rather than a pad. What a mess.
Used to be 5 star product all around but this change really affects whether we will continue buying this product.

As a larger person it's frustrating that most continence underwear isn't wide enough in the crotch area, to absorb wetness at night time, prevent leakage. They leak around the leg openings, even with topper pads. With these Tranquility pads, I can minimize the "wake-up-in-the-morning" wet bedding. I use two of these long pads, positioning one high in the back padded section of the continence underwear, in the buttock area, and overlapping it with a second pad in the normal crotch position. It doesn't prevent leakage 100%, but it's an improvement, and works better than other booster pads I've used.

These are flow-thru pads meaning that they should be used on top of a regular pad or conttinence underwear, to increase absorbency, and not as a wear-alone panty liner.

I discovered these after much wasted expense regarding diapers/pull ups. This item is placed in their ATN Briefs for added absorption due to family member requiring excessive fluids due to meds and kidney stone formation. I will also place the REGULAR liner, folded in half near my Aunt's Urethra. I place the SUPER inside the Brief OR Diaper but towards the front (female) to keep moisture from her rear and avoid bedsores from constant moisture. I have found I now use less diapers/briefs and no longer have her urinating with so much in her bladder that is escapes out the diaper/brief. These absorb so well. Highly recommend!
