This was an excellent book and I learned a lot about Tahiti and the other islands the cruise ships visited during this competition. If this story didn't make you want to be on the Cozmos a d this cruise, nothing will. This series gets more exciting and more fun with each new book. I am really looking forward to reading the next book as there should be a wedding and Australia will be featured. Come cruise with us.

I’ve read most of the books in this series and enjoyed them all. Thus, I was primed to like this book even before I opened it. No surprise — I liked it. I liked the way the story unfolded with a competition among cruise lines.

It’s more like a short novella at just 72 pages. It’s a light, clean story. The characters are likable, there’s a nice evolution of relationships over the course of the series, and I enjoyed seeing cruising from the viewpoint of cruise line owners and management. A reader can basically feel like they’re on the cruise and selecting which shore excursion they want to go on as the ships cruise from island to island.

I had to give these ( the whole series) only two stars.
While I thoroughly enjoy the story line, I can't abide shoddy editing, or lack thereof. Unfortunately it appears that there is no real editing.
The grammatical errors are so many that it becomes difficult to continue with the story. I am talking multiple errors in almost every paragraph.
I wish I could give more stars.

Usually I love this series however there was way too much description of on shore itineraries and not enough mystery. The conclusion of the mystery lacked the usual spark of satisfaction in a take down of the guilty party.

Great food, lot of activities on board as well as a fantastic iterinary. Wow! There is lot of excursions. Book reads like a promotional to Tahiti. Food for thought. With competition fierce a lot of shenanigans going on between cruise lines. Great short read well thought out.. Likable and some not likeable characters.

Lizzie Josephson has written another wonderful installment in her series. This one is a well researched and accurate depiction of the islands of French Polynesia. These books are a pleasant departure from the cozies based around murders. The mysteries are still well developed but just center on crimes aboard cruise ships that do not involve murder. Great series
