Normally this coffee is some of the best we have used. However, this box was full (100%) of defective product. The seal on the kcup was loose (lack of glue or improper compression) during the manufacturing process. Result: Water & coffee all around the coffee maker, Coffee full of grinds, etc. I did not return the product because I thought (hoped) that maybe it was an isolated incident but as it turned out, all cups were defective. I did not want to write this negative review, but did not have a way to contact the vendor directly. I am in hopes that the company will actually read & respond to this review in the appropriate manor. Stay tuned before you buy this product. I will follow up with an additional review of the company's response (if any) as to how they handled this issue.
