must read!Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on April 16, 2019
This is a great book about positive self-image and dealing with emotions & relationships. It helped me start the conversation with my mum about my feelings and she helped me to understand how can I sort some problems at school. The book is lovely designed and easily explain the main issues children deal with every day. I will recommend this book to my friends and my teacher at school.

Excellent book. I read it with my child who was having some difficulties in school with feeling isolated with her friends and it really helped her understand her feelings.

Great for childrenReviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on November 14, 2019
Really good way to get talking with my daughter about how she feels and to let her know it’s ok if she’s not ‘happy happy happy’ all the time.
