So I got InvisAlign and my teeth have been getting annoyingly yellow. I tried 2 different types of highly rated whitening strips which resulted in no change. I was stressed about it so decided to try this. I was very nervous because I have an oddly sensitive mouth, not teeth, my gums - I can barely use toothpaste without getting canker sores and swollen gums (I have some allergy no idea what). I was very careful applying this because I didn’t want it to touch my gums so I squirted it on my teeth directly then smushed it around with a Q-tip. I did 20 minute sessions for 4 days and was super surprised at the outcome. My teeth are whiter than before the braces when I didn’t think my teeth were bad. Ha I have the tiniest canker sore forming on the bottom of my mouth so I’m going to stop for now. I used 3/4 of 1 syringe and have everything else left in the pack for the future. (Listen to the people who say to remove this over the sink - I didn’t the first time and got spit and stuff all over my living room floor which is thankfully tile)

I drink coffee like an animal and started to notice my bottom teeth were getting dark. You may not see a huge difference in the top ones because the top 3 front teeth are crowns, which don't whiten. So I brush with crest brilliance and then use this for 25-30mins. I do it before bed to make sure I don't eat or drink stuff after and whitening can work the best. Whenever I used crest strips, my teeth really hurt and they would slide all over. This was nice and stayed in place. Syringes are super easy. I used 0.5mL on top and bottom (1 total). I haven't needed to use the desensitized stuff, so I am not reviewing how that works. I used the same lighting in each pic to make sure review was accurate. Before an event I would probably be more diligent about using it to get super white for pix, but I've only used it 3 times because I forgot.

I got this product because I drink a lot of coffee and tea. I'm 53 and have never had my teeth whitened but my dentist always suggested it. The cost was crazy! The product had a pleasant taste and it comes with a blue light that even times itself , so there is no clock watching! I loved this product so much that I purchased another kit for my daughter. My teeth are really bright after using it. It's a great buy for the price and capabilities.
