*edit* I am updating my review as to date I have started talking with the company about the issue at hand and they are looking to resolve it for me.
Defective units do happen and the customer service is being phenomenal.
I recommend if you are having issues with the unit to speak to the company they seem willing to assist with the issue and that is hard to come by
The customer service level i am experiencing out weighs the initial issue
I bought this turned it on right out of the box and was pretty impressed.
I decided to fully charge the unit before my first use, it actually charged up pretty fast and I was actually pretty impressed so I stored it away for the night and then waited to use it the next day.
I used it the next day without any problems I was actually pretty impressed with the results I know one whitening will not whiten your teeth but I didn’t have any sensitivity the light work well and overall it didn’t taste too bad because there is a lingering taste when you initially take the unit out of your mouth, however I packed away the unit again that night making sure it was dry and clean and that no water had entered the unit. the next day I went to go use it again.
I did the same thing as the day before turned on the light and put it in my mouth within about three seconds the light shut off I tried three or four times to turn it back on and it wouldn’t turn on. I figured maybe some thing in the box had turn the light on overnight and the battery was just dead. I proceeded to try and charge the unit no lights would turned on. I left it for the day and decided to try one more time the next day after about seven or eight attempts I was able to get it to turn back on for about a total of 20 seconds and then shut off and refused to turn back on again I attempted to try and charge the unit again to see if it would recognize that the charger was attached is that usually caused the unit to light up however once again the unit was off and “dead “I have since returned this to Amazon very disappointing that the unit was so fragile I took every precaution necessary to make sure that no water entered the unit it was stored in a cool dry place with no moisture in the unit was fully charged and operational however there seems to be a short somewhere within the unit.
