Very generous amount of room in the bag. Pockets on the side for ski boots, even if they are wet and a huge middle storage area for your gear. I carry both of my ski pants, gloves, mitts, alternate base layers, butt flap, helmet, etc and still have room left over. Also two nice zippered compartments on the top make storing the little things so much easier, such as various passes, name badges, sun screen, ski locks and so on.
The only negative would be is that if you're a small person, swinging the bag fully loaded over onto your back could be difficult, but then the smaller bags I used to have didn't carry all my gear.
