There is a poor design in the rubber guide supporting the wheels. The material should have been made of a hard plastic. The rubber guide allows the wheel support to distort and become loose no matter how tight you the guide is squeezed by clamp. This rubber guide distorts causing the bike to become loose on carrier and possibly rear bike could fall down and dragged as mine did. I noticed this poor design during assembly and was going to remove the rubber guides and weld tire support directly to carrier body once they had been adjusted correctly. But thought it would be ok for the one trip and fix the poor design when I returned.
