Hi, will this leak if used overnight? Since I saw reviews saying that you need to change them at least every 3 hours but I don’t want to wake at night

No, if you layer properly they will not leak overnight. My 18 month old sleeps all the way through (10-12 hrs) and has never leaked.
I use an overnight soaker insert with a thin hemp insert inside, then one of the charcoal bamboo inserts against baby’s bum. Has never been an issue.
