Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is above all a moisturizer with the added benefit of SPF. It provides broad spectrum SPF 30 protection to help protect skin from UVA and UVB rays. UVA testing only is not utilized in Canada as regulatory agencies use the SPF ratings to include both UVA and UVB protection. This process more accurately encompasses real-world experience of how people’s skin responds when exposed to the sun. As with any sunscreen product, it is recommended to apply it liberally and be reapplied as needed to maintain protection. Thanks!

It’s the equivalent of SPF which is 30 which is good. In terms of +‘s I don’t know.
