I have the Oculus Elite strap and find it hurts the back of my head the bottom ring just digs in. Does this feel better

The Eismen Q2 has a padded back plate that is adjustable so that it fits your head perfectly. If this hurts your head, it's because you cranked it down too tight.

Esimen Q2 Elite Strap fits me perfectly. Can't say for sure if it will fit you equally as well but I would expect so as the knob at the back can be turned to tighten or loosen the fit.

Our headstock is equipped with a soft foam pad at the back of the head. You can use the round button to adjust the headstock to fit your head shape, which will better enhance your experience of use.

I cannot say how comfortable it was as I spent several hours trying to get the thing to snap onto the headset. I never did manage to get them to mate so I sent it back. The Esimen sockets were too small.

I have never tried the elite strap so I can’t compare the 2, however I ding this headset to be comfortable for me. I haven’t had any issues with it and it works great.
