Soft point pen style works ok
Not sure if the Note Stylus is like a tablet pen. It just simulates your finger touch.

Generic passive stylus, sure. Samsung S-Pen. no. You need a Galaxy S model for that.

I have used both a capacitive and an active stylus with my Tab A7 and they work well. I recommend an active stylus because it is more precise.
I don't use any apps that support pressure or tilt sensitivity so I can't comment on that.
I read somewhere that the A7 doesn't support a Bluetooth stylus but I could be wrong.
