Most hair trimmers come with clip on that has a number size, like 2, 3,4 ect. Anyone know what the equivalent is with the wheel? Thanks

The wheel number is in millimeters. You can find online charts of what millimeter each clip number is. For example a #8 clip is 25mm. So on this trimmer set it to 25 and that's a #8. #7 is 22mm so set this trimmer to 22. Etc.

Hello! The 3 combs of Philips Hairclipper series 7000 HC7650/14 are long (16-28 mm), short (3-15 mm), and beard and stubble comb (2 mm). Usually, the clip's number size that comes with trimmers indicates its length (most common in millimeters). Perhaps its manual might help.

This one comes with 2 combs and a beard and stubble comb.
With long comb you can cut your hair from 16mm to 28 mm, you use the wheel to set the desired length.
