I use it to moisturize my skin due to psoriasis and it does a really good job without the greasy and heavyness other products have. This is light and soaks into your skin quickly.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. A compromised skin barrier can lead to dryness and itching—and aggravate skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Formulated with three essential ceramides, the CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion helps hydrate and restore the natural skin barrier. Should you have any questions about whether this product is right for you, we invite you to consult a healthcare professional. Take care!

I cannot answer that question as I do not have eczema, but I do not think it would be beneficial to eczema. However, ask your local pharmacist for guidance.
