Does this help tilt on face? I need to angle mine upwards and pad under the eyes or everything is blurry

It really depends on the shape of your face, I found that it presses down on my cheek bones. I use a portable power pack and place it on the back of the head strap. That will give a counter weight while extending your playtime.

No but it fits tighter so I would think you could angle it slightly different but not a true tilt compared to the strap.

I'm not sure if I caught your question. This headstrap provides better balance so the everything fits comfortably without any fatigue over long sessions.

Not really, but you can lock the VR really tight on your face. But the pressure is not confortable. I prefer strap some weight on the back to deal with the tilt.

Yes it does. Also advise getting silicone face plate. Much more comfortable than foam and works very well with headset.
