The instructions say you can. I prefer to line dry the covers and machine dry the inserts. The covers dry super quick on the line, even in cool weather.

You probably can! Everything I’ve read on them says it is best to line dry, but if you do use the dryer make sure they are completely cool before removing and stuffing or you could wreck the elastic over time.

These diapers are pockets- so the microfiber inserts go inside. Not aginst babys skin. (And in all honestly- MF inserts suck. I use infant prefolds folded in my alvas)

You really need to perfect your laundering method.

1. Rinse as much poop off as possible- I just swish in the toilet.
2. Cold rinse
3. Hot was with tide powder
4. Air dry shells and tumble dry low liners.

If this doesn’t work you may have to strip but once you perfect your laundering you really shouldn’t need to strip very often or ever. see less

I don't know of the brand you are speaking of. But these diapers never leaked from the outside fabric.
