Depends on the console if it supports a 3.5mm aux then yes. otherwise check your tv. My 4k tv supports 3.5mm aux allowing my console sound to stream to my tv which streams to my speakers I hope this helps.

TV -> optical or hdmi or this cable if your tv has RCA or 3.5mm OUTPUT -> Amp/Receiver with a little LESS THAN or EQUAL wattage than that of speakers(100W peak) so as not to blow off your speakers.
You need amplifier to drive speakers. I don't know if you can connect tv to speakers directly because high end speakers usually has 2 connections at the back, which means you can only connect to 1 speaker and the sound output would be too low even if you max out the tv volume see less

If your portable speaker uses a 3.5 mm jack then yes. Signals can go both ways with a "Y" cable like this.

If you're using the Mixtrack Pro 3 to DJ the software on the MacBook, I'm pretty sure you're gonna need to connect them through USB as a MIDI Device. The RCA cord would output the device from the DJ controller into an aux cord that you can use for a speaker.

I can’t see why it wouldn’t. I use mine to hook up my iPhone to an early 1980’s realistic receiver and it sounds 100 times better than the radio and the antenna is installed properly

Well if you want to plug your turntable or CD player in your car, i guess it would work
