It is not the same one that comes with the nintendo switch but it is actually a little bit better. This one has a textured back and it's easier to grip the one that comes with the switch has a smooth back and a little more slippery if your hands sweat

This is Nintendo official switch joy con grip.
This is what is shipped with all new Nintendo switch consoles. You slot the left and right joycons into the grip, this give you a more natural control feel.

No joy cons have to be slotted into a charge dock or the nintendo switch to charge unless another controller comfort grip has it but this doesn't.

Its a company that nintedo partnered with to make unlicensed product (kinda like mad katz). It has a different feel and rubber grip on the bottom but still generally does the same thing as the official one
