this works in any windows based computer, probably Max's too I have no experience with mac's.

Yes for sure I’m using it onto my computer as my main driver for my windows and using my other driver for storage and it work perfecl’y only need to be sure your motherboard using sata3 cable

Yes it is. But you will have to disassemble the laptop to get inside. The old mechanical hard drive must be removed in order for the new SSD to take its' place. Check for videos on YoutTube on how to disassemble this laptop.

sorry that question is beyond my abilities to answer. I am not that much of a techie.best to look up a computer forum and post the question there. but my thought, for what its worth, is that if it has a 3.5" bay and sata II or III cables it should work, if at a bit of a reduced speed. but best to ask a forum of techies!!
