I do not believe you can add a memory card. If you have any questions regarding Oculus Go I recommend you go to RaMarcus on Youtube.

You can copy content onto it just like an android phone Via the USB cable. No different app store and it is a total standalone device. You can do somethings along with the Rift like go into chat's but other there is not a lot that I have found that I can do with one person using the go and the other using a rift. You need a smart phone with the Oculus app installed to initially set up your Go. After that your Go runs by it self with nothing needed.

It will link to your android phone in limited ways. It will not link to the other devices you mentioned, at least not for now.

A usb DVD drive nor otg storage is supported. You can use a computer to copy into the headset but need to give the pc permission while wearing the headset

They come with adapters for them, but if there reading glasses, you won’t need them.

Answer:
Yeah, you connect it to a PC to transfer files from the PC to the Go. Other than that, a mobile is needed for setup.
